Carrie is a personal banker at our Sun City West location. Her duties include opening customers’ checking or savings accounts, selling and cross-selling bank products and services, and resolving customer service issues in person, via email, or over the phone. She also helps customers with transactions, such as making deposits and withdrawals and cashing checks.

Carrie served in previous roles as customer service manager at our Sun City and Scottsdale locations. She joined Western in July 2019 and has over 20 years of banking experience.
