Felicia joined Western State Bank in January 2022. She helps customers open accounts, understand bank products, and resolve issues. She also assists customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks.

Felicia is originally from Elroy, AZ, and currently resides in Casa Grande.
