Nik Rubicz joined Western State Bank as a mortgage and construction loan officer in 2022. He works to provide home loan solutions and service to customers throughout our Arizona communities.
Nik can help with many types of loan programs including all first-time homebuyer, conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and new construction. He will also review down payment assistance options that may be available to you.
Before joining Western, Nik worked as an operations specialist and mortgage loan originator. He volunteers for Feed My Starving Children and Habitat for Humanity.
